An OK inner city park with some eccentric public art, a fenced-off dog park and river views - however, of late, it seems to be partly occupied by some District 9 circus tent. Perhaps because of the battalion of anxious indoor dogs that are forcibly congregated here by their sexy activewearing owners, the brownish-green lawn is in a very sorry state
