Room service a big organizational problem in fact we came back from lunch and found the door wide open the problem we had our dog who at any moment could escape from the room the reception had been warned in advance I was really very angry there was just one lady who. well done Her Job this Lady was from the Islands Really very Kind the door was open but placed against it so that the dog could not get out on the other hand a lady Who's name is Madeleine from Senegal No doubt not very Friendly and Fear of dogs I find this unacceptable
