Big lack of empathy from the veterinarian who allowed herself to look down on my wife when she showed up with our sick dog, saying that it wasn't an emergency, while we were indeed seen as an EMERGENCY in another clinic by a veterinarian who was offended by such behavior

Our dog is being treated at this clinic
