I made sure to mention this, along with all the other flaws for a 5-star hotel: no turndown service, no option to have clothes ironed in-house (dry cleaning service is available outside), a refusal to serve us a drink in the park 3 meters from the pool (where we were relegated because of our small dog, contrary to what we had been told when we booked), and service was only available poolside
