However, the animals (especially dogs and cats) are confined in small glass spaces completely isolated from customers, like reptiles in terms of contact, but there is no visual isolation, no way for them to isolate themselves from view

In principle, we agree, but the employee's approach, even though she knows us well (we have been coming for 4 years now and bought 2 cats and a dog for a total value of 2,800 euros, not including all the accessories and consumables of all kinds, which easily represent several hundred euros), was more than questionable
