Restaurant Candi Borobudur

Borobudur Temple, an 8th-9th century Buddhist temple in central Java, consists of three tiers: a five-terraced square base, a three-platform cone, and a top stupa. Its walls and balustrades feature 2,500 square meters of intricate reliefs. Seventy-two openwork stupas encircle the platforms, each housing a Buddha statue. UNESCO assisted in the temple's restoration in the 1970s.
