A dog park is the best idea

Simply an amazing dog park. Well maintained, taps with fresh water available during the summer, a high fence around the whole park, and there is always at least a few dogs around

great, the dog always runs well

And unfortunately, as everywhere, a few dog owners, sitting on benches, staring at their mobile phones, or engaged in conversation, and the dog runs everywhere. It's always about people and I just feel sorry that dogs will always suffer then
