I have two young toddlers (ages 1&2) it is so difficult to find places that not only accommodate toddlers but also a twin buggy & a small dog

This is not a dog friendly restaurant at all. Secondly, not allow dog on the chair, if you can’t make it completely dog friendly why you would allow dogs in
