My daughter enjoyed borrowing a book and toy from the reception selection, the dog enjoyed the gravy bones provided on arrival

The 1st room we were allocated stunk of dogs

Sue upon reception was so friendly and greeted us amazingly, with a warm smile and made sure everything was in order for us, she even gave our doggy some treats
