Friendly service and dog friendly too

I sat next to a customer who had a dog that urinated on the floor directly underneath our table/my chair. I’ll be honest I’m a bit disappointed with the policy/lack of care for the customers on site especially when dogs are allowed on site and it starts to interfere with customers’ experience
